Acro / Tricks & Tumbling (For school years Rec+)

Take your skills to the next level with our Acro/Tricks & Tumbling class! This high-energy class focuses on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and control while learning exciting acrobatic skills and dynamic floor tricks. Students will practice rolls, handstands, cartwheels, aerials, and tumbling techniques, progressing safely at their own pace.

Led by our skilled instructors Brooke, Katy & Shannon, each class combines conditioning, drills, and skill-building exercises to help dancers improve both technique and confidence. Perfect for adding wow-factor moves to your dance routines, this class builds coordination and power in a fun and supportive environment.
